I'rab al-Qur'an al-Kareem wa Bayanuhu is a comprehensive scholarly work by Muhyi al-Din al-Darwish, devoted to the grammatical, linguistic and rhetorical analysis of the Holy Qur'an.

The work goes beyond simple grammatical parsing. Along with detailed I'rab (grammatical analysis), it discusses the meanings and explanation of Qur'anic verses, linguistic and rhetorical points, matters of jurisprudence and rulings, occasions of revelation, poetry, and selected discussions from the works of Qur'anic commentators and grammarians.

The complete work is arranged in 9 volumes. The ninth volume is devoted primarily to extensive indexes covering subjects such as hadith, personalities, language, poetry, rhetoric, benefits, places and tribes.
