Mufti Muhammad Ashiq Ilahi Bulandshehri was a well-known Islamic scholar, Hadith expert, commentator of the Qur’an, and author from India. He was born in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, around 1924/1925.

He received his Islamic education from Mazahir Uloom Saharanpur and was among the students of the famous Hadith scholar Maulana Muhammad Zakariyya Kandhlawi رحمه الله.

Importance in Dars-e-Nizami:

Zad-ut-Talibeen is also included in the Hadith studies of the Dars-e-Nizami curriculum. It is taught as part of the Second Year (Thaniyah) syllabus in some Islamic educational institutions.
